Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Friendship Day… – Pick up any day of celebrations and you will realize that they do not justify the ‘one-day-syndrome’ therapy to acknowledge and thank but these are the occasions of lifetime! Your life is so much enjoyable, satisfactory and deserving because of remarkable contribution of these touchable humans at every stage.
One more similar recognition is for Teachers. The ‘Guru’ गुरु – in Devnagari meaning Teacher or Master.
Teachers are the only contributors in your life who in-spite of not sharing blood relationship puts maximum efforts in shaping up your future. They know when to pamper you, when to scold you, when to discipline you, when to deliver knowledge to you, when to grant you fun time, when you need family time and when you need to take certain decisions.
They are involved in our lives right from preaching us on how to handle pencil for writing A, B, C till simplifying complex equations and algorithms. They are the part of our lives from the 1st day of our preschool and forever…! We are not only learning those letters and problem solving skills during their teaching but we are learning the way of life and building our paths for our lives. We are learning the discipline. We are learning the value of God, nature, family, friends and the society. We are learning how to dress-up, how to walk, how to stand, how to play, how to shine, how to fight against the bad, and how to stay respected and recognized.
‘T E A C H E R’ – In these simple words this is what I quickly summarize.
T – Tactic
E – Energetic
A – Anchor
C – Commander
H – Honor
E – Enabler
R – Roadmap
Thanking all my teachers who have become my guide at various stages of my life and I would have not been without them what I am today! I respectfully admire all those lessons of knowledge, care, discipline, self-confidence, self-respect, ethics which has shaped my life and polishing it further every moment!
Take a moment to reach out to your past and present teachers and mentors to thank them for all wonderful miracles they have done in making your life more beautiful!!!
